Wow. Good call.

If he only had "Josh's friend" under his profile it would seal the deal.

bigbob was way too emotionally invested in other aspects of Tigers' athletics. He posted a lot about football, players in the NFL, athletic department/admin related stuff as well. I don't see Bell caring about anything Memphis related outside of his "inside access" given by Pastner to the basketball program.

bigbob was also, at times, a little incoherent. Bell may act and sound like a narcissistic goon, but he's well-spoken and I'm sure that translates to his writing style as well.

Better question, who was "The Cutter"?

Dale = Bell
Easterwood = Easterwood
Bluebeard = Martin
MattStark = Matt Stark
WColt45 = Me

Dale was just Dale.

Former basketball coach.

Much longer history with Pastner than Bell.

Pastner may have pegged Dale's daughter back in the day.

Come on man, this from someone who has a pic of Jeff Jarrett and “I root for space mountain”?? Come on, I thought you and I had a deal? This seems like you’re making fun of me. Does it bother you that my dad and I were close friends with Larry? Or is it that you don’t believe I knew him well? Or, and lastly, is it that you do believe me, but it irritates you that I announce it (it being that I really was friends with Larry F.)? I guess I could understand how it could rub someone the wrong way and thus if that’s the case I should consider taking it down.

The pic is of Ric Flair.

Hence, "Space Mountain."

Had a buddy of mine who used to bartend at Horsefeathers in the Marriott. Back in the early 90's WWF was in town and Flair was at the bar getting faced.

He said to the bartender and a couple others to come up to his room. On the way up the elevator, Flair kept mumbling "You really want to see it, don't you?" They had no idea what he was talking about.

The get up to the room, he's still talking about "seeing it" and goes into the bathroom.

He proceeds to walk out only wearing two things: his tighty whities and the World Title.

He stands there, points to the belt and in total character, says "THIS is what it's all about."

After watching the 30 for 30 last night, that story makes so much more sense.

Now that you have corrected me on that.... what about the rest of my post?

I Never had any doubt in my mind that JP had multiple people, and probably himself, with multiple aliases on this board, defending his scrupulous administration. It was just too obvious, because there’s no way being the knowledgeable basketball fan base that this is, that many people would be so ignorant to not notice the lack of bench coaching ability. And Bell practically admitted that Pastner had him doing this on Twitter, that is not as embarrassing as admitting that you did it on message boards as well, but nonetheless, no doubt in my mind that they were doing here. This is one reason I just simply stopped posting on here for a while, and if I did I would not even reply to JP apologists, because I had a very strong hunch that it was JP‘s cronies and possibly even himself . Have they put as much energy into coaching, developing and leading their players the on court product would have taken care of itself. Instead, JP decided to use his millions to protect his reputation As opposed to securing an experienced staff around him that would help him win more games. What a sad story this is turning out to be
