Except he didn't know he would get fired from Louisville. Think he regrets the tattoo? I bet he is lining up a plastic surgeon to get the damn thing off. He regrets that tat as much as the ACC regrets inviting louisville.

Unless they've got polygraphs down to a better science...they aren't much proof any more.
Did they draw his blood and check it for drug levels? shrug
They have drugs these days for people who can't control their deepest physical reactions

That's curious, clearly you know more than I do, BUT he said he told the polygrapher he wanted him to ask him about ANY improprieties and the polygrapher told him "No, that's not what we're here for." That doesn't sound like an employer/employee relationship.
I mean, don't get me wrong, I think the guy is slimy and crooked. But I'm not into condemning a person before he has his day in court. Or, I guess to be more accurate, I'm not into being inaccurate just because I don't like the guy.

they have a new form of the polygraph where they scan the brain as they administer the test. very effective
