Not a comfortable topic for most of us, but I thought I should share because I KNOW I'm not the only one here who is experiencing some of these issues
Most of us cringe at the thought of a prostate exam (yes freaks, I know your out there too).
Before you visit the doc, try out one of the over the counter supplements like super beta prostate or something.
I tried the wal-mart generic version and WOW does it work.
I took a piss tonight and it was like Niagara falls. And I have not felt such relief after a piss in many, many years. It was like a flashback to 20 years ago. I'm also sleeping though most of the night the last few days.
Again, I took the cheap brand, and I've only been on it about 2 weeks. The results are REMARKABLE.

It sounds really stupid, but I haven't been this excited after a piss in decades.
I had literally forgot how relieving and soothing a good strong piss can feel afterwards.

Should of gotten a PSA blood test as a baseline before taking anything.
Simple blood test. SBP and other supplements and RX effect the score.

is this one of those late night info commercials
But like you age (57) is starting to slow the stream down and 2 to 3 trips after I go to sleep. So I'm going to give that a try because my sleeping habits are screwed up anyways. Always been a late owl and no matter if I been up for 24 hours and on my 2 hour of sleep. If for any reason I wake up it's hell getting back to sleep.
Hope it works as well for me as it did for you...

Stick with it for a full bottle and you should notice the difference if its typical prostate issues. It only took me 2 weeks to tell its working.
I went with the off brand but I upped the dosage to 3 a day instead of 2. The name brand label was a bit stronger dosed than the generic. I'll probably go with the name brand instead on the next bottle.

Been there, and it comes and goes for me. It's been better recently but not as good as when I was younger. I may have to try your suggestion though. There have been times when taking a good pee was almost as good as sex.

I'll have to try it. I never wake up at night to piss, but I have definitely noticed a weaker stream over the last couple of years.
