Pope Francis: Rescinding DACA is Not Pro-Life - CliftonAve - 09-11-2017 11:36 AM

Pope Francis calls out Donald Trump again. Waiting to see when his papacy opens up the Vatican walls to immigrants.

It is clearly because most of the illegals are Catholic. Sometimes they repopulate older parishes in the USA and of course make donations.

Abortion analogies coming from the church is no Bueno.

The Catholic church has probably done more for immigrants than any other religion. Here in ELP, they help bus loads of refugees every Monday.

Nope has nothing to do with that. From 2015,
The Church and related Catholic charities and schools have collected more than $1.6 billion since 2012 in U.S. contracts and grants in a far-reaching relationship that spans from school lunches for grammar school students to contracts across the globe to care for the poor and needy at the expense of Uncle Sam, a Washington Times review of federal spending records shows.
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/sep/24/catholic-church-collects-16-billion-in-us-contract/

65% of Catholic Charities annual budget/income comes directly from the Federal Government. Most of it is for Immigration/Refugee settlement services. The Pope loves immigration legal or illegal.

If I were catholic this guy would make me think about leaving.

Sometimes I'm embarrassed to be Catholic.

He can be embarrassing. But relative to American USA Catholics it is more about your local Parish, friends, school, sports etc.

As a Catholic believe me departure has been considered.

I blame the media. They are using "the DUDE".

So liberals are ok with an issue by issue theocracy?

The word on the street was that Benedict retired because he was sick of the Gay stuff in Rome outside of the walls. Leadership needs to find a way to clean it up, but Gay guys took over the Seminaries decades ago. We need another small reformation that Priests can be married and that Women can be priests also. Married Episcopal/Anglican priests are accepted into Catholic service, so are married E. Catholic priests. Brazil has a massive shortage of priests.

I'm not sure how the whole Catholic thing works, but aren't the guidelines that are in place considered to be deemed by God?
