USA Today projections - usm99 - 08-07-2017 10:11 AM

As with others I don't feel they put much research and thought into it. I'm not saying USM should be higher but it feels like in most cases they went off last year and adjusted each team a game or 2

Obviously.

Because they have MT only going 5-3 in conference but 3-1 against our non-conf schedule. I guess we beat Vandy, Minnesota and Syacuse and lose to Bowling Green.

4-8 (3-5) is higher than many of our alumni project.

Great job by USA Today.

Well thought out, highly researched piece. I'm impressed.

I think I'm more curious to know who they picked for each match up.

Honestly, we don't even need to play the regular season games now... I'm happy with this. See you in Bowling Green for the Championship Game, LA Tech

I don't think it is too far off. They have C-USA finishing with 8 bowl eligible teams. I think that is very likely,.. and good for the conference.

With the tiebreaker going to the head to head winner we all know USM owns La Tech in football so..........03-nutkick

Their take on USM seems optimistic to me.
