It seemed like we had good momentum building up for the championship plan then we lost our AD, then we lost the person we thought most capable of replacing the AD and now things in the AD department feel like they are in free fall. We have a number of coaching vacancies as well that need to be filled. There appears to be uncertainty and that's not helping us move forward with the fund raising and just plain running the athletic operation.
Hopefully they hire a great AD who then hires a great assistant and then hire great coaches and we get moving forward instead of breathing dead air.
