Enters the final week of the regular season at 34-16 & No. 27 in the RPI, SLU is 8-5 vs Top50, & 15-10 vs Top100 #resume and something like 12-1 over the last 13! We will need another Colt Smith type step up from a pitcher and some major focus from the entire team!

...This is a game we need to shore up our top 50 wins and tilt that number of wins strong for us when the committee looks at our body of work......but Sela wants/needs it just as bad.......It's gonna be a knock down, drag out, no holds barred type of game....could come down to the last pitch....I'll be there.

With the potential of hosting on the line I feel like Berry will treat this similar to a conference tournament game. Even though Keys is the starter I feel like it will be "all hands on deck" type feeling especially if it's a 1 or 2 run game come the 6th/7th inning. There won't be any "let's see how he handles this situation" either.

makes sense for both teams to start who they are and see how she progresses.....smart on both sides....
we need Keys to have a solid outing.....I'm certain I'm stating the obvious and Keys knows that too....
this is why you play the game and when it REALLY gets fun!
