We love to complain there's nothing to do in Mississippi, but when things are brought here no one supports it.

my mistake.....hockey and the 'sip.....not ne'er a clue.....

honestly, why would any pro team invest in the poorest and fattest state in the nation????

One could only hope it is 1 and done.

It belongs in the Pete. No neutral venue or other conference team can draw close to the same size crowd.

I would also add that we are centrally located in the conference. As centrally located as could be I suppose.

Rice could draw close to us but as eagle04 said USM is about as centrally located as is it gets

Yeah, I still have quite a few 'wolves pucks (about 8 around the house somewhere, I think) and my first season sports card collection of all 25 players (and the coach/hook).. and I even still have my season 1 jersey hanging up, coffee stains and all! (yes, they're coffee stains dammit!)

RE: Could baseball tournament in Biloxi be a 1 and done - BeagleUSM - 05-02-2017 11:16 AM

Alternate between PTP and Reckling.

RE: Could baseball tournament in Biloxi be a 1 and done - eaglenjxn - 05-02-2017 12:27 PM

Why did they move to Biloxi?

Thought Trustmark taught the conference a lesson about neutral site tourneys.

Stick with alternating USM and Rice.

It will be a real shame if they do not get this straightened out and keep the team in Biloxi. I went to my first game last week and really enjoyed the atmosphere. It is a great family event and affordable.

kudos and 04-cheers to that!!!

it's the perfect time of the year to take a long weekend and get away from the daily grind....

I easily think it's a great move by cusa that offers southern miss/mississippi to gain more exposure in a positive/economic realm....

I'm looking forward to that 'weekend break'.....
