It appears the products are needed in men’s bathrooms to benefit transgender males (biological women who identify as male).

Gunshot and other puncture wounds as well. A lot of people I know, including myself, carry them in first aid kits.

Picked that up from a former Navy Corpsman turned Paramedic who saw time in Grenada, Panama, and Desert Storm.

May be useful after particularly rough gay sex. Therefore, available in men's bathrooms is not far fetched.
