Adolfo Sanchez-Reyes, 43, was arrested Friday, ICE spokeswoman Sarah Rodriguez told Washington D.C.’s Fox affiliate.
A review of his immigration history “revealed he was unlawfully present” in the U.S. from Guatemala.
His son, Henry Sanchez-Milian, is one of two teenagers charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sexual offenses after a 14-year-old girl accused them of forcing her to have sex in the boy’s bathroom at Rockville High School in Montgomery County.
