Shows a specific way to coach and run a successful program.
Certainly better IMO than reading some numb nuts dogging John Calipari or nerds whining about refs in the NCAA tournament.
Hell, at least Geno mentioned Memphis, even if was just the Lady Tigers.

I also imagine Gregg Marshall to have similar philosophies and he's got moderate talent based on rankings.

Every coach's methods work with certain types of players. Geno's genius is figuring out what he needs and sticking with it.
