Daylight's Saving's time be damned, the Arizona duo are in the Pacific IIRC. I'm not gonna Google cause it's more fun not knowing for sure, so if I'm wrong I'll just take it.

Daylight Saving Time. The State of Arizona doesn't observe it, so it switches between Pacific and Mountain time, effectively.
