Keatts can flat out coach...offense. Yes, you're right about that. They look hard to stop on that end and they played some good defense tonight too. We will see how it shakes out. I see UVa winning on Saturday by 10. Keatts style is good at home,no doubt. It's good to see the hometown team not suck. If they go .500 in the ACC, I'd be impressed. I don't see that.

I like Keatts and had a chance to get to know him pretty well. I'm a fan wherever he goes.

What an end to the Clemson game. Kid on the line and MUST hit three FT's in a row to tie(he was fouled on a 3 point shot with 00.2 on the clock in regulation.

I think you really underestimate the talent difference between the CAA and the ACC. Especially when Keatts is now looking to recruit at national championship level.

It's really hard to say. The next time we see CJ he will be a Senior physically. Also, he will be practicing with top level talent. His value is that he has a complete game and can score from anywhere. He can also finish on the drive. I think we will be shocked at how good he looks next year.

.500 in the ACC? Absolutely above that. They have a great PG, great interior play, and they are turning teams over just like Keatts did at UNCW. They will also be getting their suspended guard back for the rest of the year. Top 5 is my prediction.

I'm not throwing shade at Keatts. Overall, it was a really good win for State. While they've shown that they can pull upsets over Duke in the past, they've rarely won the game following their big victory. Beating a really good Clemson team is big for Keatts. That said, not much State did in the last 1:55 was ingenious or masterful, at least that's not how I saw it. Calling the timeout was really all he could do as a coach. They had 3 or 4 turnovers during that span and the foul as time expired was really bad. Personally, I don't like coaches encouraging the crowd; it's not a major deal or anything, I just don't think that is the coach's job.

Duke and Clemson were 24-2 combined before NCSU beat them. Considering NCSU was picked to finish 12th. in the ACC, those wins were pretty impressive. Keatts plays an exciting brand of basketball and the fans were fired up. If you can't acknowledge that you've got a problem.

What are you talking about? I said that it was an impressive win. I absolutely understand the enthusiasm for Keatts in Raleigh. I can simultaneously objectively talk about the hot mess that the last 2:00 minutes were. Are you always this defensive?
