Gotta be play in with an RPI in the 200s and losing record. But, I would not worry about this bunch shooting well enough or making free throws required to win a tournament. They do play hard under the interim coach and play good defense, but pressure will not be kind to them. I love the group, but they just can't get offensive basketball for some reason after too many years of bad coaching.

ecu and temple fans aren't traveling to watch bad team play and uconn fans are probably all at work.

Good reason to hold it every year or most years in a centrally located area. Make it a good event for people to travel to and take a little vacation like a bowl game.

You don't give the AAC enough credit, 14 seed easy but maybe 13 if we run through both SMU & UC. We would have a winning record after all.
