I put a thread up on the main MAC board.
1). A judge again ruled that the NCAA can require the one year sitout on FBS transfers.
2). The NCAA will do a one-time transfer (200M) to D-I schools this spring. Those monies are supposedly to help with the cost of attendance costs.
That could be a nice chunk of case for EMU which has a lot of sports and presumably will fare pretty well.
There are 351 D-I basketball programs (and assuming every D-I school has a MBB program, I assume that is a requirement) then 200M / 351 = over 500K on average.
