If there's any pride left on this team they will get past UCF just to get another shot at SMU.
If that happens I'd bet on a reasonable close SMU win, maybe even under 10 points.

A lot of coaches have been able to get him in foul trouble by doing straight at him and using your body going into to him as you pass or shoot. We didn't try that in either game. We tried to shoot pull up jumpers too close to him and they were blocked or shot trajectory was altered and we missed badly.

I agree with this ^! It's Tubby's job to right the ship. It's his job to have them ready to play. I hate these matchups. As a matter of fact, I think the teams we matchup the worst against is SMU and UCF. So it's unlucky from that standpoint, but Tubby gets paid a ton to have them ready and come up with a game plan to negate Tacko and stop their guard.

The six seed looked looked more appetizing...but, this means three wins and a miracle dance.
I see the snark above concerning SMU, but try and remember we lost by four in the first game, not played in Dallas. Yesterday was simply the worst performance ever. If it creates a hangover, will lose easily to UCF. If it does not...could be very interesting.
Think UTEP in 2011.
