Yes, he and a former british ambassador to Uzbekistan both say that it was a leak and not a hack. The implication of their statements being a disgruntled (likely bernie supporter) DNC staffer released the docs.

I think he did, and actually, a donk insider passing the info to wikileaks makes the most sense.
But, since the left can't bring themselves to admit that by revealing the truth about the corrupt Hillary Clinton and her buddies at the DNC the American people decided to elect her opponent, it's much sexier to come up with some collusion theory on the part of the pubs.

IF Obama had Trump tapped, of course we'd need to know if the administration had gone through proper channels to get an legal order to do the deed. Even then, it would reek to high heaven because how hard would it be for any president to find a sitting judge to do his bidding?
IF on the other hand this was a rogue operation, then yes, it's a threat to the Republic and Nixonian in nature.
The shyt may be about to hit the fan if all this shakes out to be true.

If true, it does shock me. Obama politicized everything, but this would really be crossing the line. JFK did this sort of thing, LBJ did this sort of thing and Nixon's campaign did it. But it cost Nixon the presidency. I would think anyone since him would be more careful. It would just be idiotic.

If a judge approved it, its an even bigger threat to the Republic. Tapping the opposition political party requires an extraordinary level of evidence.
