No use crying over spilled milk, but one was here and one committed to be here.

From the standpoint of recruiting, Tony and the staff had this year set up. I congratulate them on what "should have been" as those two guys would have been great pieces on a very deep team, and set the team up for future success.

It's mind-numbing how much "rides" on decisions made by players.

Can't imagine my livelihood being dependent on this stuff.

If I remember correctly, wasn't it not wanting to depend upon those types of decisions by young men that led Charlie to retire?
