Following the game, Lomax discussed the victory and his mindset on the floor.

“It’s just fun. Coming out and it comes down to the final seconds of the game knowing you have to execute. That’s fun,” he said. “It comes from experience and practice. Nobody has a perfect game but it is all about keeping your head up and staying positive, keeping the team first and everything will work out from there."

Lomax has seen interest rise considerably recently, with Memphis, Ole Miss, Cal, Florida and UMass extending offers.

A 6-foot guard that already boasts a college-ready body thanks to his strong, compact physique, Lomax entered his junior summer with zero scholarship offers to date but announced himself onto the national scene with his steady demeanor and passing skills against heavy ball pressure.
