Tony Anese, current football coach at near by Ferris St and a proven winner.
Would be a rock so,I'd hire this late in the process and at his age would remain here for a decade or so to keep the winning alive for a long time

Mike Houston, JMU first year head coach that is similar in style to Fleck. Took a team to the Division II national title game and has now done it in FCS, all within the last 5 years. He has also been conference coach of the year 5 out of the last 6 years. He took over what was a good JMU squad and made them better instantly. Would be a great fit at WMU in a place that doesn't need to be rebuilt but rather keep the train on the tracks.
