Overall we were 21-23 as a group. If we were a sample of all of the better, Vega$ still won.

Naturally. But WaterBoy was also the only one above .500 and by a significant margin. He made the overall numbers look good even if still in Vegas's favor

Yeah my record likely just shows that you can go on a lucky streak.

Together with my 5-0 last day of the regular season, I guess I should have spent the last couple of weeks in Vegas betting CAA basketball.

One thing doing these pick show me is how frustrating it must be to bet on sports. There was nothing on the line, but just paying attention to how the scores finish relative to the line shows that Vegas is pretty good at setting the lines and how often garbage at the end of games can swing things. For example in our last game against CoC, Drexel was beating the spread and Charleston was just dribbling out the clock but there were a few seconds more than the shot clock so Cam Johnson throws up a three that switches the spread.
