Sports Illustrated named NCSU vs. ND the worst game of 2016. How could that possibly be, they played in a hurricane, literally a hurricane. I didn't have power for four days, we lost a car to the flooding, and they played the football game. It was wet.

Actually they had a best top 10 games of the year as well, and 3 were from the ACC
