Tim Jones (6-1, 200lb)- 3 Star Wide Receiver from Biloxi HS committed today. It looks like the coaching staff has been hot on the recruiting trail since the LA Tech game ended. I've seen a lot of offers go out throughout the Twitter-sphere. Including a few CC guys- hopefully to replace some of our OL that we're losing and to actually have a LB corp for next year.

I'm all for giving Dawson another year because I truly believe a lot of our offensive woes were due to dropped balls that killed drives. Get a new WR coach (they're a major problem) and a new DC. Then let's see what happens.
I'm just afraid Jay is going to play loyalties instead of doing what's best to win.

..I've watched him play...kid can catch..and he likes to lay hits instead of gettin hit when running with the ball too.. a real 3* receiver..had lots of offers....remember the name...Jim Jones.

New DC really should happen, but I sort of doubt it will. I wonder how long Dawson will stick around here. If I remember right, we aren't paying him jack bc he's still getting UK money. I'm guessing he'll bolt at first opportunity.

Recruiting is really heating up with the WR pickup and also a big ol DL. And as said a lot of offers going out. Exciting times with the strong game at the end. Just hoping that is a sign of things to come for next season.

No disrespect, but what is so exciting and strong about those last two commits? They have a combined total of one other offer, besides ours. Ull offered the WR. Maybe they will end up in the hall of fame, but no other school thinks enough of them to offer a scholly. That doesn't excite me.
