Without the P5 bias this would really mean Temple is 15 and USF is 20. And NAVY I 22.
This conference is going to be really good in OOC again next year. Watch out, soon none of the P5 teams will play us. Big XII already does not.

There is P5 bias, but there is also hype bias. Temple was treated very well in the rankings while losing last year because they were getting talked about nationally.

Temple at 23 is a joke. They're 10-3, just demolished a ranked Navy team, and barely lost to Penn State.

That Army game has defined Temple nationally all year. We are #21 in the Sagarin ratings.

Want more fuel for the Power 6 argument.
Navy and Houston were ranked in the Top 25 in the final poll last year.
This year, two other teams are ranked in the Top 25 at the end of the year, South Florida and Temple.
AND, Navy and Houston didn't finish in the Top 25 even after beating Oklahoma, Notre Dame and Louisville.
Looks like a power conference to me...

Tulsa has Oklahoma State on the schedule three of the next four years and Texas in 2018.
