Not that we're above it or anything, but please no Camelia Bowl again. Montgomery does a nice job with the game and I'd definitely go back again, but I'd like it not to be back to back years. The Arizona Bowl would be splendid.

I meant that from a destination stand point. I'd love to be in Tucson in December. From a wins standpoint, Dollar General despite its dumb name would probably be optimal. Oh well, this is a good problem to have haha.

The fact that we keep appearing in these projections just shows that the projectors haven't watched us play at all this year.
In a way I guess that's flattering since it means we've developed a reputation as a "good" FBS/G5 program in only 2 years.
That reputation will start to go the way of the dodo after this year though :crying:

I get the feeling that some of these projections are just looking at records and making predictions based on that.
The fact is, The Cajuns may have 3 wins and Georgia Southern may have 4 wins, but projections tell us it's going to be near impossible to get both teams bowl eligible.

There is no universe where Idaho plays in the Birmingham Bowl. If we're bowl eligible we're the obvious Arizona Bowl team. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised to see some swapping and we end up in the stupid Potato Bowl.

Unfortunately this is what happens when you have a mediocre season like we've been having. You get to play South Alabama in a bowl game nobody cares about.

Ya I HIGHLY doubt Idaho lands in Birmingham that's just a lazy projection-I do think vandals could certainly land the 'Zona bowl or another at large out west.
Also I dunno why they would project south al in mobile; I could see Birmingham but not two at large's there no way
