You know exactly what that would be. He is not a citizen and I'm sure Mexico doesn't want him, therefore we should not be beholden to waste taxpayer money to support his sick life in our prison system.

If Kaepernick is correct, America shouldn't allow another immigrant into our country from ANY country until we get our **** together and the people that are here now can FINALLY stand for the flag.
It wouldn't be fair to them to come here under these conditions.
