While Vernon can be really annoying, he's pretty dang good at what he does.

I kinda like Verno but personally I'd be cool if they picked up the national broadcast of Russillo and Kannell. In a perfect world they'd drop Hasseltine's terrible show and somehow figure out a way to give that slot to Verno and plug in R&K. Think the timeslots don't lineup perfectly but it'd be cool. Actually, any move that gets rid of Hasseltine's show is a net positive in my book. They must be paying him peanuts or its part of the grizz being on 92.9 deal because that show is torture to listen to.

I agree about Hasseltine. He is great at calling the Grizz games, awful host of a radio show.

Wow that's crazy. I live in Austin but still only listen to the 92.9 guys. Radio down here is horrible they only talk Texas football and never anything national. It's why I like the Memphis guys because they cover more ground and national stuff and of course Grizzlies and Tigers
