Yes we will. If we want to contend with Houston/SDSU/Boise for Cotton Bowl bid, playing well against FSU is a must.

Why are so many publications picking FSU to win the ACC? I think they take a slight step back and Clemson stays the same.

I know this article was an opinion piece. Using the AP Poll, I come up with the following:
Fiesta (CFP Semi): (1) Alabama v. (4) Florida St.
Sugar (CFP Semi): (2) Clemson v. (3) Oklahoma
Rose: (6) Ohio St. v (8) Stanford
Sugar: (5) LSU v. (13) TCU
Orange: (19) Louisville v. (7) Michigan
Cotton: (9) Tennessee v. (15) Houston
Throw in also:
Citrus: (10) Notre Dame* v. (11) Ole Miss
* - The ACC would get the B1G's Citrus slot and Notre Dame would be the best team left in the ACC bowl pool.
