Was watching the Falcons preseason game when he broke the 2nd half kick off for a TD. Was happy to hear a Sun Belt player mentioned as the rookie from Arkansas State. Hope he makes the team.

Injuries during the last couple seasons kept him from what for a long time looked like a sure draft pick. Might end up working out for him though, Falcons are a better fit for him.

luckily he played college with a team that has better talent than the new england patriots. this should be a walk in the park for him.

The best thing about it is that Wes Durham called it on the radio broadcast before it happened. He's been big on JD all preseason.

Doug Middleton had a game sealing interception against the Jaguars and Tony Washington turned in a decent performance before being concussed as well.
Mckissic reminds me of that dude that game out of Ole Miss a few years ago.

McKissic should have a decent chance to catch on with the Falcons this year as a returner. Eric Weems is his primary competition with Devin Hester released and he is a better punt returner than kick returner. McKissic had the best punt return of the Falcons last night too. I was at the game and he hit the burners at about the 20 and left everyone in his tracks.
