I'm trying to retrieve the password for my account (currently using my father's account). The prompt says it will send the info to my email address, but it never does. Anything else I can do to change the password?

I have the same problem. I can access the site by my laptop with a stored password that I am not sure of. I cannot access the site from any other device as I cannot access my password.
