It's NIU Chicago Media Day from US Cellular field today. I would assume our AD will be there for that lol. Maybe he will shock us all and announce master plan stuff. But probably not.

Tickets for all home NIU football games, including the game at the Cell, went on sale this AM.

Coach Carey at the Podium now:
- DBs and LBs are deep and experienced.
- D-Line needs to step up to be a championship team
- WRs are deep, looking for big things from them
- Tight Ends, Weinman will get the lion share of the snaps
- Running Backs may be our deepest position, it's a crowded room and there is tough competition back there.
- Quarterbacks, just need them to be healthy, losing 4 QBs last year was one of the toughest things he's had to deal with as a coach. Drew is our QB, no controversy. He needs to take the next step....All QBs are back and healthy
- Kicking Game, Hagan is back and will be stronger coming off All Conference season
- Ambrose is back as the punter, had some issues, when his operation was good he was one of the best punters in the league, but when it was bad it was bad. Need to eliminate the bad.
missed O-Line if he talked about it.
Schedule:
Not a sexy schedule, but a very very tough schedule. he said it's as challenging of a non conference schedule since he's been here.
Conference play will be what it is, and we are excited for the game vs toledo at the Cell
Obviously the West is a tough side to win
