"interest from" can mean a lot of different things. Could be no more than a form letter to about to offer. Looks like his only other offer was Hofstra.

Jax State made their first ever NCAA D1 appearance last season. In Harper's first season there. They are in the Ohio Valley Conference. Not a bad league.
Harper is a good coach. Though a win at all costs in my mind. It wasn't his fault what his players did. however, he did seem to turn a blind eye to the issues and that caused him to be forced out at WKU. I don't believe he is the schmuck the current WKY coach is.

Spring signing period is in April. I would hope we can get 1 or 2 juco or freshman players during that time. I imagine grad transfers would probably be in the summer.

FWIW, I would guess that we only have 1 scholarship available. This changes if McClinton comes back or BJ isn't actually on scholarship.
I honestly would not be surprised if we don't add another player.

Would I be upset if we didn't use all 13? Not really. I will be happy if we have everyone back next year. I would be willing to take on a project at the expense of the last scholly.

Even if we get everyone back except McClinton, I believe we need another big guy, preferably a good Juco or grad transfer. Trey needs a little help down low. If McClinton can come back, and Hueitt and Porter stay, then I think we're in pretty decent shape for next season.

Not stirring the pot, but he is the 2nd person to speak of MHJ transferring. I have no inside knowledge whatsoever but I also posted over a month ago questioning this. Why wouldnt he? Hasnt RS'ed yet so...

Here is a post about a 2018 ODU recruit. Last Sat. vs. Benedictine Jason Wade had a triple double (almost quadruple) with 28 pts., 10 boards, 10 assists, and 8 steals.
