Sorta of figured that when you see a coach starts fiddling with his coaching staff, either firing or re-arranging staff members. Don't know how many times Shields got away with that as an excuse.

I think that kind of stuff comes primarily from the AD, etc. telling a coach that something has to change. Peterson did it to Shields several times.
