Fine, they'll still go. The economics are that bad here. And Bernie would make it ten times worse. He won't get elected, but his thinking may get into other folks' minds.

To go bankrupt? Yes.
To be competitive in the global market? Nope. At least not if Bernie's plans were implemented. Anybody else, it will depend on how close they get to Bernie's plans.
