Here's his junior year highlights. I always have a hard time understanding the level of competition at the different levels of HS football in MD. It doesn't look the greatest but he does look explosive.

10.94 for 100 meters and 22.68 for 200 meters. His 4.47 40 is probably pretty legit as well. Very good speed for his size.
He's listed as 5'11" 190 as a junior. 4.47 is blazing. There are some highlights of him playing DE but I'm suspecting they project him as a RB. By the time he plays he might be over 200.

I coach Track & Field at North Broward Prep down here in S FL
These are a couple of guys that sprinted for me in the spring. Kevin (JR) would be out of reach for JMU. Dymitri (SR) might be a fit. He is 6' 190lbs and a workhorse, has run 4.55 and squats around 500. Hoping to get him down to 11.2 or faster next spring. I think his only offer so far is Stetson.
Another receiver that is on the team, Kenny (Sr), is 6'4" and has good hands. He was out with an injury most of last year. Kind of a Daniel Brown type receiver (watch the Spring Game video).

EDIT: That kind of came out as a dig at you. It wasn't meant to be. Your bio says a track team MVP so obviously you were a talented runner which just means adding 20-25 pounds sounds very good to me.

Wonder if Houston is thinking LB for this guy?? @190-200 he may be a bit undersized for a DE in this league. However, he is about Arthur Moats size/speed when coming out of HS. As I recall, Mickey had Arthur do a bit of a run at LB on pass play downs his Soph year.

I think that's just part of the times, too. High school players these days are hitting the weight room and doing conditioning year round. A lot of schools have nutritionists who have them on diet plans, they're taking supplements, etc. I went to one of my high school's games last year and I was standing there near the tunnel as the team took the field and I thought "How the hell did I ever get on the field at this place?".

How would that work in our new 4-2-5? Moats was a DE in that system before going to OLB in the 3-4 in the NFL.
