How good a job are we? We couldn't hire anyone we wanted in the past 20 years except Calipari, and he had a black mark on his résumé.

Caulkins: the only thing worse than hiring Tubby Smith is letting it be known you are trying to hire Tubby and then not being able to get him because of TTech.
