Another Experienced Coach making his way to the AAC - CoachJammer - 03-25-2016 03:24 PM

Jeff Goodman @GoodmanESPN
Mike Dunleavy Sr., and Tulane are negotiating a deal and all signs point to him being the next coach of the Green Wave, sources told ESPN.

Great friends, good coaches, future hall of famers.

RE: Another Experienced Coach making his way to the AAC - Easterwood - 03-25-2016 03:55 PM

I saw him behind the Oklahoma bench last night

That's "Memphis Hires Calipari" level.

Good for Tulane.

A definite "WOW" hire. Good for the Greenies.

Is that some more losses on JP's record?

Well . . . . .

Larry Brown, Mick Cronin, Kevin Ollie, Fran Dunphy, Kelvin Sampson, Frank Haith, Mike Dunleavy, and Johnny Dawkins.

Quite a coaching lineup for sure. Impressive.

I seem to remember Pastner beating all of those guys that he's ever coached against.

I could be wrong, though.

Good that means, if Easterwood won't take the job, Doug Gottlieb is still available.

Argue all you want

You wouldn't believe how dysfunctional this mess is

Gottlieb would be a nightmare as well

My 15's are 5-0, just saying

I didn't put Lebo on that list.

Prediction--ECU will NOT beat us next year at home.

This is a bizarre hire. I'm scratching my head over why most you think this a great move by Tulane. The guy has never coached collegiately and hasn't coached at all since 2010. That said, he's still better than Pastner.

04-chairshot Thanks
