I caught the second half of the Buffalo's 79-72 loss to UofMiami. It was close to the end so decent representation for the MAC.
It is impressive to think Nate Oats was a high school coach just 3 years ago.
2 years in the row for Buffalo in the NCAA- but those are the only appearances in either that or the NIT. So they are having their time in the sun right now.
EMU had it's time in the sun, a couple of them actually. The last ended 18 years ago. But it will come again. A very talented team coming back next year- so hopefully sooner rather than later. In the meantime, just enjoy the basketball- EMU has been beating some pretty good teams the last few years.
