IMO, the biggest question remaining is if Obama decides to place Team over country and stonewalls and obfuscates until the election is over - OR if he hates that unlikable witch enough to actually allow the justice department to do the job they are supposed to do...........Prosecute law breakers....

He will allow the prosecution, forcing her to withdraw from the race and hand pick his successor. Likely Elizabeth Warren or M. Obama paired with Vallery Jarrett.

In fact, investigated several times. But had those initial investigations actually been investigations, none of her email issues would have come to light. It was only because the dems kept up their charade of an investigation that a real investigation occurred.
Where we discovered that she had a home-brew server. Then we discovered there was classified materials on it. Then we discovered that someone had to migrate the classified stuff off the secure servers onto the unsecure ones. Then we get people pleading the 5th. Ten we get a grand jury seated and someone offered immunity.
Just wait until the FBI starts to probe into the Clinton foundation emails off that server. You know, the ones she deleted along with her yoga pants email. Those will be fun times as well.

And if they'd only focused on getting a really good candidate of their own, like Kasich, they could have walked all over whomever the democrats find to replace Hillary if she has to go. Dude, it's called separation of powers. Yes, the president appointed the AG, but the senate had to approve her and the AG is held accountable by congress. Obama can't force her to do anything one way or the other.
