Josh Pastner, you tore this thing down... - BIGDTiger - 02-07-2016 08:32 AM

One bad loss, blowout loss & transfer at a time. One freaking win against a bubble team, in which you had a 15 point lead in the 2nd half and you almost lost in the end, is not going to fool any knowledgeable fan base.

Well, we did win...

Yeah, just as moral victories don't count, "almost losses" don't, either.

What does "knowledgeable" fan base have to do with anyone on this forum? I seem to recall a game in which the Tigers started the game 24-0 and barely held on for the win.

I'd love to watch the game where we beat them 100-59 on their court!

Thanks for posting that - I've never seen this clip - I listened to the game sitting in my drive way in Michigan, I had to pull out of the garage to get 840am out of Louisville! Good times!

That was the game at #10 Louisville? Yeah, 'bout the same thing.

To be honest, the most satisfying win over Louisville was Finch's first year when we beat them in the Metro Tourney and kept them from going to the NCAA tourney. We were on probation and could not go. That was sweet.

True but Cincy shot themselves in the foot.

Got within 2pnts and then hoisted what seemed like 6 straight threes...most on one possession off of offensive rebounds.

Their coach should've demanded NO MORE 3 ATTEMPTS because quite frankly they sucked from outside plus it worked in our benefit because taking 3s don't yield fouls on our bigs.

Poor coaching or just poor execution which is what makes watching collegiate bball today so unbearable. Light years from the Nick Van Exel and K.Martin days......

Watching the Bearcats brick those threes at the end was pretty funny. Van Exel would have laid 30 on us.

Now you're just making **** up as that situation never did occur. UC never in the second half had the ball down just 2 and jacked up a three. I know you do not like Josh buy OMG are you at the point you have to make shift up.

Actually they were down two and shot either 3 or 4 threes on one possession

You know shooting a dead man is pointless. No matter how hard you try you can't make him anymore dead.

Al their multiple 3 attempt came between the 7-6 minute mark. They had one series where they took two at 6:22 and 6:13 but only took 2 in the final 4 minutes due to them getting lay ups. They were not jacking them up at the end.
