Everyone getting drinks and snacks at the same time from a stand, it happens. This is Corky Kell, not 8/31 and beyond. They still will be getting a few areas primed and ready over the next two weeks.

There won’t be as many at GSU games any way so if they get one or two stands opened up elsewhere I don’t imagine this will ever be an issue.

The whole point of Fan Fest and Corky Kell is to test and tweak. I am sure they have plenty of data now on where to do, what not to do and what needs to change.

Oh OK cool they similar at ULM stadium. Jamborees basically scrimmage vs other teams and have a bunch of teams.

These are not scrimmages. It's a a kickoff classic with the top teams in the state playing their first season game. In the case of aay Buford for instance some are among the top high school programs in the nation.

How does one play 5 football games in the same stadium in a day and get all of the games in?

Arkansas does these kickoff classics all the time, and it's never been more than a doubleheader. Usually one early afternoon game and one night game.

Fify...only Colquitt came up from South Ga this year. Since Valdosta and Lowndes no longer reside in the same region, the Winnersville classic, AND Northside vs Warner Robins occurred this week as well (which are the two largest rivalries in the state). This means that these teams likely won't be in the corky Kell for the foreseeable future.

Really weird for that to be in the first week.

Same way they do the high school championships too.

I would not want to be playing a game at 9 am.

Interesting. We divide our championships over two different weeks to ensure no more than 2 games are played at a single site in a day. Lower Classifications have an extra week of playoffs while the big boys are playing their championships.

Meant to make sure that each classification gets a full time slot all to themselves to play and celebrate and not have to worry about fans for the next game coming in.

Is there a time-lapse montage, video or other medium that shows the progress from day 1?

I was referring to the state championships. And our stadium is no longer a MLB ballpark.

I'm sure one could be created by Panama's post on this thread.

I kinda wonder if it will be 10 or 20 years before this thread is dead?

Maybe we will start a Phase II thread, Phase III thread, etc....I expect this one to die off by the end of the season, possibly sooner, don't you?
