I will say this. This won't be a bunch of 18 year olds the gators will see. On paper this has the potential to be a pretty surly bunch

By Labor Day of 2017, UAB's football team will have had the 2015 JUCO SD, the Feb.3rd 2016 NSD, 2016 spring & fall practices, the 2016 JUCO SD and Feb.2017 high school recruiting NSD, the 2017 spring and fall practices. That is a lot of new talent coming in and only beating up on themselves before ever facing an outside competitor. I hope we will look like we know what we are doing for that first game against a team probably coming off another bowl game season and MAYBE an NCAA championship playoff.

My family of 4 will fly from Los Angeles to wherever we end up playing our first game back. If it is that crappy university in gainesville, florida, so be it. I had my worst ever traveling experience when we played there years ago (2004?). Absolute worst set of fans I have ever been around - just damned rude people down there.
I cant wait to return and give em hell!

May not be AM but that is what I keep hearing. Never seen it this tight lipped. As far as Troy it's not so much that as it is they need a home game and that is what they are looking for regardless the opponent.
