IIRC, Navy is specifically contracted with the Military Bowl. The others may be accurate, too.

Fiesta had G5 last year and Peach is a semi-final site next year. Peach is pretty much guaranteed to get G5 this year.

They're accurate. The CFP SC is not announcing EVERY bowl. Only the NY6 bowls.
But all the other bowls can't be announced until the NY6 are, b/c nobody knows exactly which teams are in the other 4 NY6 bowls yet.
And the Houston-FSU matchup could be leaked, because the SC has already made the selections. ESPN is just dragging out the drama for the full 4 hours.

Seems like it's either:
Boca: UCONN/Temple vs NIU/Toledo
or
St. Pete: UCONN/Temple vs Marshall
