Not sure how given we lost to the #103 and #110 ranked teams, and just barely eeked out wins against the #102 and #116 ranked teams, while getting blown off the field by every team we played inside the Top 100.

What's your top 10? Curious to see how Baylor ranks 9th unless you've got the three Big 12 teams ahead of them in the standings in the top 10.

4-2 against the bottom 25 including 2-2 on the road.
And that's how we're clear of that bunch!

He doesn't have this week posted on his website yet, but here's the top 15 for the prior week. Not sure if Baylor falls below TCU, but a good chance UNC and MSU probably wind up above Baylor, in addition to the obvious OSU and Stanford.

Clemson
Alabama
Oklahoma
Iowa
Baylor
Ohio State
Notre Dame
Stanford
Oklahoma State
North Carolina
Michigan State
Michigan
Florida
Mississippi
T.C.U.

It's complicated. Next time you're in town, I'll go over the program with you.

We're now 139 in Sagarin, well behind such vaunted powers as Coastal Carolina and Western Illinois.

Other tidbits:

Portland State, the FCS team that vaporized North Texas, is 105. (UNT's coach was fired after that slaughter. What a novel concept.)

New Mexico won at Boise State and is 7-5, yet the Lobos are two slots behind UNT's tormentors.

Western Kentucky comes in at a very respectable 44.

Charlotte is number 200.

I personally think the Big 12 is overrated this year and I'd put Ohio State in over Oklahoma in the BCS playoffs. But at least Baylor's loss to Texas yesterday lightens the impact of Oklahoma's bad loss to Texas. I still think that Ohio State would kill Oklahoma head-to-head, however. Baylor was top 10 with Russell, but with both of their back-up quarterbacks, they weren't anywhere close to a top 20 team.

I would have put Ohio State over Iowa, the latter of which played a much easier Big 10 schedule. I think both OSU and Stanford would have easily beaten Oklahoma
