Appears we have a habit of getting coaches who lack the character to do something properly. Might as well leave now and let the assistants coach whatever lower tier, mid December bowl game we get into. The Houston game could have been won at the end with just a little bit of coaching, goes to show this has been a done deal for a while.

My guess is that Fuente wanted to be able to tell the players at the end of the game. It will likely be the last time he sees them all together.

While I don't fault Fuente for leaving. He can leave all the "we'll have that discussion at the appropriate time after the season" bs at home. Hopefully Bowen has known about this and already set a plan in motion to hire our next coach. Good luck in the ACC coach. We will endure. Go Tigers!

He didn't mail in anything. It is not easy to beat those teams he lost to. I wonder about the sleet it seems like is in the picture (I live out of town now). I guess it must be too messy to attend because if not, it won't help get a good coach to not fill up the stadium.
