Yeah, they always do pull something out of Carey's lunch pale (unless you're CMU).

Between WMU & NIU, NIU gets it.
HOWEVER, I forget whether it's B1G or MAC -- but unless there's a SOLO clear winner it that, it moves to the next one -- the East Division record.
WMU: 2-1, NIU: 2-1, TOL: 2-1, CMU: 3-0
I do NOT want to CMU get it. So... go NIU? :)

In B1G rules, it'd eliminate WMU & NIU (each losing to the East) -- and break it down to Toledo vs CMU. I think the main thing is that it breaks down to just 2 teams. Then it's easy. Whoever beat the other advances.

NIU fans are *NOT* happy right now.
But they're down by slightly less than 2 TDs. Remember how Ohio collapsed against us in the 2nd half?
I'd say it's clearly still advantage-NIU. But NIU's backup is now sucking big because they're coming at him. So I say it's about a 50/50 chance.

hmmm... so basically if NIU loses tonight, either way they miss the title game, right? Toledo with one loss eliminates them, and the 4-way tie eliminates them.

Yeah, but CMU's also in the mix. In a 4-way tie, NIU is 2-1 amongst each other.
