When do we have permission to call them what they strive and have proven to be?
I know that may seem trivial but who sends their Varsity (action) to contest a JV squad? You save your best for their best. So what else do these folk need to do to earn that respect?

My roommate is on vacation traveling Europe right now for two weeks. I don't know what her exact itinerary was but Paris was a stop. This has been nerve racking.

It appears mostly young people were targeted (concert).
From reports, an attempt to kill many at the soccer game may have been thwarted.
As of now 140 confirmed deaths.
I have a brother in law who's parents lived in Paris about 6 blocks from a Islamic immigrant neighbor hood which went up in flames (cars mostly) the first week of November about '09. I don't know if there were deaths then but complete neighborhoods torched. Much in an attempt to protest a lack of jobs and growing poverty. I recall being in Austin Tx with No and our youngest visiting UT and watching this on TV one evening.
It has amped up significantly more since with a continued influx of immigrants who have few job skills and in many ways don't look to assimilate. Add the radical element that has been growing unchecked the last 7 years and here is what you get.

They are in Syria and Iraq in masses. Their center of influence.
Russia military owns the air space.
We have refused to send arms to the Kurds.
Do we "support" Iran who is a mortal enemy of ISIS?
Iraq has told the US to pound sand.
So what the heck can be done that is effective both immediately and long term?
The US has surrendered all authority in the region.
Maybe we lure them to sanctuary cities, draw a red line around it and provide timeshares to Guantanamo (previously vacated by this administration). Then we can handle them as we'll know where they are.

It'd be so much easier if this was state-sponsored terrorism. You go into the country financing it, beat it back to the Stone Age, and it's taken care of.

Though some would argue weed is not a gateway drug you find far more sober addicts telling you otherwise. So is the intellectual acceptance of legalizing an easy to obtain and use gateway drug a step in the direction to financially support the Taliban?
I understand the argument of using THC and other possible chemicals derived from weed as methods to reduce Alzhiemers, effect of chemo, on and on. But if actually true does it mean it should be made available in its most "blunt" form for use in a recreational habit?

I think that's a red herring how they get their cash. If anything, it's a supplement. The global operations they execute require great resources, organization and infrastructure.

Agreed. The axis of evil. N. Korea, Iran, China and any and all Muslim extremists kick into the kitty.
The US is the target and it's a lot easier targeting even softer targets like secularized Europe and their no boundaries approach to life. Screw them up even more and Nato and the like are utterly useless.
Pretending that it's the fault of the US or that leaving "them all" to knock off themselves is incredibly naïve, even stupid.
