Watched that last night.... goosebumps on the locker room scenes. You can tell why the players love him and his staff.

What I found the most awesome in that video and others I have seen is that when Ruff asks these guys a question?...They alway answer...Yes Sir..No Sir. That says a lot about the respect they have for him. Pretty damn great.
