This was mentioned on Drive-time sports. Ray Tucker was on and they talked about the fact that this was a stiff fine and would deter Belt schools from scheduling more than 2 nonDI schools. Ray never mentioned that UALR hasn't scheduled more than 2 nonDI schools in years, so it is a non-issue for us (I can't swear we haven't scheduled more than 2, in the last 10 years, but I really don't think we have).
