Nothing good can come from hanging in Shockoe Bottom. I leveled a guy two years ago for throwing a drink on and then trying to fight one of my friends (a girl). I was kicked out of Cha Chas and thankful to never be allowed back there.

Cha Cha's is awful as ****. I don't know if it's still around, but when I lived in the neighborhood I stayed way far away from there. At least you didn't get shot there like at Have a Nice Day, which they finally shut down.
Shockoe's a cool place actually, but you definitely gotta know which bars are good and which bars are nuclear-powered toilet fires. Cha Cha's was definitely in the latter.
